This Medic Tours Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) describes your obligations when accessing or using our website medic-tours.com and any other Medic Tours websites or social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, or Instagram (the “Sites”), however accessed.

Any references to “Medic Tours,” “we,” “us,” “our,” or the “Company” is a reference to Medic Tours. By accessing the Sites, you accept the following Terms and Conditions. If you are accepting these Terms for another person such family member’s guardian, conservator, or custodian, and as parent of a minor child family member, you agree to the terms, conditions, and notices contained or referenced herein on behalf of such family member. You are only authorized to use the Sites and their services if you agree to abide by all applicable laws and to these Terms. 

We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time by posting changes to the Sites and indicating the date of the last revision. Any such revisions shall be effective when posted. Your continued use of the Sites following such changes constitutes your agreement to the modified terms.

SERVICES 

Medic Tours offers packages for cosmetic treatments in Mexico City(Mexico), Athens(Greece), Istanbul(Turkey), and in the near future also Bangkok(Thailand) and Tbilisi(Georgia) and other locations as they may be designated by Medic Tours from time to time at its own discretion.

The treatments we offer include: –

• Hair transplant
• Teeth implants (“Hollywood smile”)
• Breast augmentation
• Breast reduction
• Rhinoplasty
• Abdominoplasty

We might and probably will offer more treatments in the future.

The packages will include treatments in licensed and experienced clinics by experienced Doctors and Medical Teams, a stay in a 4/5 stars hotel, transportation services to take our customers to the different destinations in their journey, assistance with the booking of flight tickets, and 24/7 service.

PERMISSION TO TREAT

You give us permission to medically care for you and your covered family member. You may withdraw this consent at any time by no longer seeking medical services from Medic Tours.

You understand and agree that as part of providing medical services to you, your protected health information (as defined by HIPAA), including test results, may be released to an online personal health record and via communication with Medic Tours’s healthcare team electronically (in accordance with our Privacy Policy and CCPA Notices).

SERVICE TERMINATION

You may terminate your use of the services at any time by not using the services anymore. We may terminate your use of the services at any time at our reasonable discretion, for causes including but not limited to illegal conduct such as falsifying information to obtain controlled substances, abusive and threatening behavior, and continued refusal to pay for our services. We may terminate your use of the services by sending a notice to you at the mail or email address you provided to us or by otherwise contacting you. If we terminate your use of the services, we will use reasonable effort to notify your insurer, if any.

REFUND POLICY

Cancellation of a transaction in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Cancellation), Htsa”a -2010 and Consumer Protection Act, 1981. Please review our cancellation and refund policy.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

You agree that Medic Tours may send the following to you by email or by posting them on our website and mobile application: legal disclosures; these Terms, Privacy Policy; future changes to any of the above; and other notices, policies, communications, or disclosures and information related to the Services. You agree that Medic Tours may contact you via secure messaging, email, phone, text, or mail regarding the Services. You consent to receive such communications electronically. You agree to update your contact information to ensure accuracy.

If you later decide that you do not want to receive certain future communications electronically, please send an email to [email protected] or a letter to Medic Tours, HaArava 1, Givat-Shmuel, SIV Tower, 4934829, Israel. You may also opt-out of certain electronic communications through your account or by following the unsubscribe instructions in any communication you receive from Medic Tours. Your withdrawal of consent will be effective within a reasonable time after we receive your withdrawal notice described above.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, these Terms are governed by Israeli laws without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in the Central District of Israel.

These terms and any further agreements between us (in writing or digitally) shall be the sole and entire agreements between you and us with respect to the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations and warranties, both written and oral, with respect to the Site.
